Yes the infamous FBI Stingray devices, which grab cell and computer signals by spoofing them, are all over 1600 Penn Avenue. The report calls these devices “StingRays,” saying they “mimic regular cell towers to fool cell phones into giving them their locations and identity information,” plus they can also “capture the contents of calls and data use.”

Do you realize what the hell you have to do, to get near the White House with equipment of any kind? What this reveals is Katsas are using American Jews in the telecommunications fields as cover to place these electronics or Secret Service would be shooting these spies from the lamp poles, as anyone starts planting things, climbing poles or carrying bags of electronics into buildings, is going to be seen. That includes NSA spysats always over DC.

This opens a real can of worms in how the hell these Stingrays were noticed being planted. That would mean insider information and help, meaning knowing the spysats fields, blind spots and patterns.
