This is the "smoking gun" in this, as everything which followed was unleashed by this falsified brief this attorney created, which the Courts took as gospel and which numbers of career officials as US Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein put his signature to this FISA document for renewed spying on Donald Trump.
All of the bogus misinformation which began with billionaire Jew raider Paul Singer, for Marco Rubio, so Rubio could pay his dues to be Jeb Bush's Vice President, run out of the William Kristol's son in laws office at the Washington Beacon, and was enhanced by operators of Hillary Clinton's cabal, to link with MI6's Christopher Steele in the infamous Pissgate Dossier, which had Donald Trump in a Moscow hotel room, hire 14 year old prostitutes to pee on a bed that Barack and Michelle Obama slept in, were all brought into play for a coup against the 2016 elections, by this FBI attorney.
What is important in the unknowns, are the knowns, because as FBI Internal Affairs agent, Peter Strzok was running his counter intelligence investigation, using another FBI attorney in Lisa Page as cover, Strzok was battling another attorney at the Department of Justice, who was denying cooperation in the faked dossier information to warrant a FISA search of Donald Trump and a person he never met, in another FBI cooperating witness of Carter Page.
The Stu mentioned by Peter Strzok and whose name was blacked out by the FBI in document releases, was Stuart Evans. This is the part which as a loyal American, hurts to the patriotic heart, in Stuart Evans was doing the job each of us pay our taxes for. His job was to review information which came in, and to make certain it was legal to continue on. In the Trump frame up, Stuart Evans, immediately stopped the FISA warrant application, when he noted that Christopher Steele was a political minder out of London who hated Donald Trump and his information could not be trusted.
On October 11, 2016, he told Ms. Page he was “currently fighting with Stu for this FISA” — a reference to Stuart Evans, a lawyer in DOJ’s National Security Division. When the FBI first grudgingly disclosed the Strzok–Page texts, the words “Stu for this FISA” were blacked out.
Subsequent communications, including Ms. Page’s texts to McCabe, indicate that the “holdup” on Justice Department approval of the warrant application related to Evans’s “continuing concerns” about “possible bias of the chs.” The term “chs” is Bureau-speak for “confidential human source” — a reference to Christopher Steele. He, of course, is the former British spy who, along with his Fusion GPS confederates, authored the infamous Steele dossier — a collection of faux intelligence reports, sensational and lurid, that were produced for the Clinton campaign and the DNC.
Remember in this, that Stuart Evans worked in the absolutely hostile Department of Justice under Eric Holder, who had left Black Panther terrorists off in Philadelphia voter intimidation, had gone after Rod Blagojevich to make an Obama example of him, had a boss in Loretta Lynch running cover for Bill Clinton in illegal tarmac meetings of quid pro quo and had let the career criminal Hillary Clinton skate.
With all of that taking place, and it not being any secret that word had come down from the Obama Oval Office to get Donald Trump, it is amazing that Stuart Evans followed the law, as the smart thing would have been to have been like all those FBI agents we were told were going to resign if Hillary Clinton was not indicted, in keeping his job and staying silent.
Before researching this Department of Justice attorney, I had no idea who this man was, and I still do not know any more than what the documents reveal, but two major events appear connected to Stuart Evans, the second being his stonewall against an illegal FISA warrant against Donald Trump.
The first being an award from Attorney General Eric Holder, and the Department of Justice, for Evans part in stopping a most horrendous terror event, which involved al Qaeda detonating a bomb or bombs in the New York City subway system.

Granted the Lame Cherry will look at this skeptically on the part of Eric Holder and Obama, as they were busy wiping out competitor al Qaeda, in order to unleash their ISIS terrorists controlled out of 1600 Penn Avenue in this same period, which slaughtered over 500,000 Syrians, but the security officials who brought down this terror ring in America, did so in the ways Americans expect.
These were terrorists. These were not framed Americans as in Hutatree, not innocent Americans as in Waco or Ruby Ridge, but were Islamic terrorists who intended to mass murder Americans.
Stuart Evans appears to be what America does not experience a great deal of, in someone who actually stops real terrorists, and someone who actually follows the rule of law.
Again, granted, the Obama operators, in this FBI attorney, rewrote the FISA documents, misrepresented the documents to the courts and made the scam appear legal, as greater things were involved as Andrew McCarthy bushboy falls back upon, but the fact remains that twice at crucial times in American history, Stuart Evans actually did what Americans expect of our law enforcement.
That is what is hurtful in this, in American law enforcement is out of control in intimidation and force, but here is a career DOJ official who actually exercised control, in an out of control system, checked it and balanced it, as long as he legally could.
His work with other DOJ officials resulted in convictions against terrorists in New York and his work alone made a bogus FISA application, have to enter the realm of criminal fraud by the FBI attorney who filed it and misled the courts.
It is as President Trump has stated, this goes right to the Obama top, as there is not any Trump hating FBI attorney who is going to lie to the courts, file false information, create cover emails, to stop the 2016 elections on their own. Just as the IRS officials went after Tea Party volunteers, this attorney knew as a political minder, what was expected of them, and the rewards which would follow in bringing down Donald Trump and rewarding Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
It is what drove Andrew McCabe, James Comey and others to their criminal acts.
