He has proven that he can view upcoming events. This blog proved that it could shift the matrix as Obama did, and prevent events or delay them which Allgire had witnessed.
In this though, he and other remote viewers have provided insights into the Coronavirus release which have proved invaluable. I saved his and other RV sessions for reference, and when a new strain of Coronavirus appeared in Teluride Colorado, this blog warned the game had changed as it was infecting children, and someone was making a move to supplant the Trump Pence nasal test kits for a blood test kit which was 2 days longer.

ALERT: Corona Goes Game Changer in Colorado
In researching this story, I came across a Taiwan Chinese multinational which had bought out Glaxo Smith Kline labs, named United Biological Inc, which had created a special, nefarious sounding subsection called c19 to make profits off of Cronavirus.
This Asian conglomerate has been involved in SARS, animal pandemics, and has stated it was taking human samples in China and California. You must understand this is not the US Government. This is not the PLA, this is a private held company which has been collecting a huge store of pandemic viruses, without any oversight.
So when a child killer Corona emerged in China, and out of nowhere a like virus appeared in Teluride Colorado, and UBI's co founder just happens to live in Teluride, that should be the thing that sets off the red alarms for Homeland Security and the FBI, and viruses have to come from somewhere in an isolated community, and more to the point, it was UBI which swooped in and received the local government contract for blood testing with a lab on wheels which just appeared out of nowhere, and more to the point, this all pushed aside Vice President Mike Pence's oversight in this national pandemic.
Something is absolutely wrong with this scenario.

Did China Just Release A New Coronavirus In America?
This is where Dick Allgire comes into play again, with a clue in this, as one his sessions saw a Chinese collecting excrement, putting Coronavirus into vials, and this Chinese WAS NOT THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT, but was connected to this outbreak of this biological weapon.
Enter again UBI, which is the person and lab which Allgire witnessed in remote viewing. The quote from the conglomerate reads:

By admission, UBI has hundreds of employees in China, where the Coronavirus originated. UBI by admission has been collecting HUNDREDS OF SAMPLES ACROSS THE GLOBE, meaning this pandemic weaponized virus is in their labs by the hundreds of samples, is being replicated, and being tested on a variety of profit issues.
In FBI terminology, what would be better than to release a virus for corporate profit in the United States and in the fog of fighting it, no one would think it was anything other than a mutation, while UBI taps into billions of dollars which the President and Congress just released to combat this virus.
UBI states the FDA has not approved anything they are doing, but in the rush to try to stop Coronavirus, UBI has moved ahead with unapproved tests and is gaining revenues for a virus which looks like it came out of their collection and labs.
We simply do not know if this was a PLA agent working in the vast number of Chinese at UBI or if this was just another sinister Asian plot for profits. We do know that the odds of a third wave virus in China infecting children, ending up in the middle of nowhere Colorado is impossible unless someone released it there.
We know from remote viewer Dick Allgire that there were Chinese who are not PLA having collected this virus, in labs, were testing it and growing it, and from the information in Colorado, the situation that Allgire witnessed was UBI, and the context it was connected to the outbreak of this virus.
