It seems that Governor Kristi Noem was exposed to Coronavirus on the 4th of July by Don jr's sick squeeze, but instead of getting the virus or hiding behind a mask, Governor Noem appeared at a large public rodeo last night as the Flag bearer on one of the finest horses in rodeo.
This in turn is what most all of our governors were engaged in last night.
