Scorecard is of the family of Andrieu Riera's electronic voting platform, for which he was murdered over in Spain. Riera built his voting program on casino software where the house always won 15% of the time in taking an additional cut. This feature was exploited in Riera's software under Birther Hussein Obama, and after that worldwide Conservatives never won an election.
A mirror of this was generated by Steve Bannon's backer and Trump supporter, Robert Mercer and his daughter Dame Edna. The Mercer software over rode Scorecard so Hillary Clinton could not steal votes in 2016 against Donald Trump.

In 2020, the Mercer software was not engaged, and that is why you saw these ham fisted 400, 000 vote dumps after the election in Virginia for Biden and 300,000 vote dumps before Trump votes could be counted in Minnesota. It is why those 150,000 vote dumps appeared in Michigan and Wisconsin in the wee hours. When the paper ballots could not appear fraudulently, the e votes were flaming from Scorecard II. There was nothing sophisticated about this software, it simply reads vote numbers and then manufactures the votes to over balance for Joe Biden.
Bush fam was too close to losing in 2000 to Al Gore so they remedied that with Scorecard I against John Kerry, and then used it for Birther Hussein Obama twice in flipping 10 million Republicans votes in two Obama stolen elections.
Obama unleashed the Riera software nationwide in electing democrats like Heidi Heitkamp in Republican North Dakota and sweated Kristi Noem of South Dakota in making her election far too close.
