As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
Every time David Hogg pops up, this closeted boy, gets creepier and creepier. In February he announced he was going to destroy Mike Lindell in making his own pillows, which in suckering that net troll William LeGate out of money, they came up with a company called Good Pillow. The problem is these two geniuses neglected to file a trademark name on the name Good Pillow, so someone else did and now they own the name and in legal terms, even though Hogg and LeGate who we will refer to the name as LeHogg from now on, have a website, they can not use the name Good Pillow for their company as it is trademark infringement and they will be sued.
A search of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office database does not reveal any new company being registered under the name Good Pillow or a variant.
Hmmm... So anybody reading that article would be alerted to the fact that Hogg and partner had not even bothered to register the name of their company. Therefore somebody who wanted to could go ahead and register that name, thus depriving Hogg of its use unless he paid (dearly?) for it.
Well, guess what? A subsequent search of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office database reveals that on February 11, a day after the heads up provided by Newsweek, that "Good Pillow" was indeed registered by a Mr. Robert Holland of North Carolina. Congratulations, Bob! You might be the only person who ends up making money from "Good Pillow."
Hogg has been condemned as a grifter in using the Parkland shooting for his personal vendetta to get "insurecttionists" like Mike Lindell. He is now off the board of wokesters he was woke with and on the pillow page they have a promise list to you can buy the Hoggillow in the future as only a limited supply will be available or contact the company if they are media.
That translates into LeGate of LeHogg is on the cheap in not putting up the cash for a pillow order, as in other words there is not a Good Pillow factory committed to making pillows, but this is contracted, and you can probably buy the same pillow at Walmart for less. So LeHogg is not going to be around to refund money apparently as you get to give LeHogg money to hate Mike Lindell and their good intention company has no employees and when you order your pillows made, that cuts down on profits and there is not going to be a great deal of money around for charities after LeHogg gets done billing the company for their efforts.
The Lame Cherry considers the Federal trade practices should be looking into this business sets up, as it seems to be making false claims.
Hogg promises that his company will offer good dialogue with customers, good environmental accountability, good hiring practices, good charitable support and, hopefully, good pillows.
First there is not a company. There is a webpage. There are not any pillows, just a promise if you pre order pillows you will get one, whatever century they are made in the future.
There has been no record of dialogue with customers, and as his site is burning up energy that is polluting the environment, that is not being accountable to the environment, and no one seems to have been hired at 15 dollars an hour, there has been no charitable support as there are no pillows.
OK, with that disaster outlined, the first thing I thought of when I saw creepier David Hogg is, "Why does he look like the Zodiac Killer?" I thought that Ted Cruz had the Zodiac Killer twin look alike down and now there are triplets as David Hogg looks like the Z Kill too.
Hogg's partner though William LeGate, here is his photo looks more like a victim of Z Kill.
and in that William LeGate looks like Topher Grace.
Grace did though play that psychopathic traitor helping the Predators in that movie, so maybe there is something to that in LeHogg might be going for the captive clientele in prison who are serial murderers and psychopaths. I do not think though that being paid pennies a day in prison to wash sheets and things that inmates will be ordering Hoggillows as they will be expensive on slave salaries. It might be the clue though in the limited pillows available, as there just are not that many serial murdering psychopaths around, just apparently people who want to look like them.
As I did a search, I had no idea there were so many pillow manufacturers, only that they were all shitty pillows. It seems that there are some big powerhouses making pillows, and LeHogg is entering a business of contracts which have already been fulfilled. It seems in a short time, there will be more people hating Joe Biden than Mike Lindell, so like gun control, this pillow idea is really a stupid idea as no one wants it.
Today Paradise Pillow supports dozens of healthcare, hospitality and government institutions providing reliable American manufacturing and wholesale bedding services from the 65,000 square foot facility in Philadelphia - and all of our bedding is made in the USA.
LeHogg should have gone into making guns and ammo, an they really would have made some money. The problem is the BATFE in looking at David Hogg and William LeGate would probably have not granted a manufacturing license as they look like psychopathic serial murderers.
I realize that Ted Cruz did well in looking like Z Kill, but there are exceptions to every rule.
I just looked up how much William LeGate is worth and he is a pauper. You can't start a business with 1 million dollars net worth or even 5 million, at least not a business that employs people as operating expenses for 10 employees at 15 dollars an hour and 50,000 a year, plus heating and cooling a plant would be 750,000 dollars. LeGate does not have the revenue. If this expands to the 80,000 trolls following LePillow, at 10 dollars a piece in construction costs that is 800,000 dollars, again LeGate does not have the capital to back up this company. This is fraud and the Department of Justice should be sorting though this scam as if your company name is owned by someone else and you are infringing on the trademark, you have no company, no employees, promises of deliveries in the future ,and there is not enough capital to back this scheme, that is a criminal fraud.
This is something the new Attorney General, Merrick Garland, should be focusing on, as there are no pillows, but on the pre order page they are collecting information on people with no assurances that this data is not being collected and resold to fund the construction of pillows that William LeGate can not afford at a 1 million dollar net worth.
That is the information available which is nil with some satire thrown in.
I wonder why people want to look like mass murderers.
