Rusty Baldwin

A pistol is not like a shotgun to go ahead and make my day.

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

As none of you are movie stars or celebrities or firearms experts, it leaves the Lame Cherry to explain the scenario of what took place when the much beloved Alec Baldwin, committed an act of accidental homicide on two movie set employees.

In the injured, you have the Director and the Cinematographer. The person with the firearm is Alex Baldwin.

On movie sets, they just do not shoot a scene. There are walk throughs. If you have heard of story boards, that is what takes place in pre production shooting. This gives an idea how to choreograph chase scenes, fight scenes, dance scenes, sex scenes or gun battles. There is a phenomenal walk through of this on the Sarah Connor Chronicles involving Summer Glau with a woman she did fight scene with. The end result was almost identical to the walk through. She is a phenomenal actress and the crews were most professional.

OK what is the reality of Alec Baldwin involved in involuntary homicide. There is a story board, there is the choreographer and the director, and they are walking Alec Baldwin through the scene. It is close work as the people informing Baldwin in what he must do, have to be on both sides of the gun to see the shot and direct it.

As this was an 1800's movie, I can tell you the props since Steve McQueen went Mare's Leg and Arnold Schwartzenegger went lever action shotgun in Terminator that the 'Street Hoser" has come into vogue in movies more and more. That is code of a 12 gauge shotgun as when discharged they blow up things wonderfully well as James Caan showed in El Dorado starring John Wayne.

The only logical conclusion is Alec Baldwin was given a live gun, meaning a fully loaded weapon with powder discharge. These guns are not loaded with lead pellets, but are given a charge which is meant to blow out windows, blow holes through doors or blow up buckets for visual effects.

In the injured, the cinematographer was with the director, standing by what Baldwin was supposed to shoot. Most of these weapons are manufactured by Pedroselli in Italy, They do not go off by accident as there is a gun wrangler who is responsible for loading, unloading, cleaning and making sure the firearms do not go off by accident.

So the two injured in this, were talking to Baldwin, who like the Black officer who murdered Ashli Babbitt on January 6th, had his finger on the trigger, and as Alec Baldwin is not a trained military, security or has grown up hunting with firearms, his finger on the trigger in moving, as he is an old man, pulled the trigger and the gun did what it was designed to to, in send projectiles at a target effectively.

The "bullets' do not have to have to be lead. Numbers of innocent people are murdered by police who shoot them with rubber bullets. Look at the Jan6ers and you will see massive bruises from police firing rubber bullets at people. Reduce the range to the reality of "directing for the camera" and you have a weapon of over 1000 foot pounds of pressure, like a baseball bat or a mule kicking you in the head, and that kills just as effectively as a rock to your skull. Pressure force from an explosion knocks the life out of humans just as much as shrapnel does, as World War II proved with high explosive shells.

So in probably under 6 feet, Baldwin fired a shotgun at point blank range at a very petite woman like Ashli Babbitt and the director, and the petite woman took the full charge and dropped like a rock as fast as if an NFL linebacker tackled her at full speed.

It did not really matter if it was projectiles or concussion blast, as it hit the woman in the head or chest and the damage was done as effectively as a vax shot for Coronavirus as blood vessels and tissue do not respond well to injury.

Yes this was an accident by an old man, like Harrison Ford flying his plane on a runway in which a passenger jet was. The problem is like Governor William Janklow having a motorcycle hit him as he pulled out or Teddy Kennedy drowning a pregnant girl in his care, is Alec Baldwin was driving this shotgun and someone died. That is negligent homicide, as there are rules even for Ashli Babbitt's murderer that you NEVER put your finger on a trigger unless you intend to kill that person, as much as you NEVER point a gun in the direction of anyone you do not mean to kill. Alec Baldwin would have known this as when he was 12 years old he took a youth hunter safety course which millions of children do each year for firearm safety before they go hunting.

I have no idea what Alec Baldwin will be charged with or let off like Ashli Babbitt's murderer. This blog has championed Alec Baldwin often in his misdeeds, but his reaction in posts is all public relations work in trying to take responsibility without taking responsibility for a person's own protection.

The worst of this is, it is logical that Baldwin was supposed to shoot the weapon in the walk through or had been, reloaded and as the injured were explaining the situation, this old man in turning and moving, discussing the shot, pulled the trigger and negligent homicide took place.

A very petite woman is dead, and nothing will be done about it. except public relations.
