With the astounding reality that a court room on the United States actually worked as the Constitution was designed in a fair trail for Kyle Rittenhouse in his exoneration of self defense, the Lame Cherry is more focused upon the exemplary judge in Judge Bruce Schroeder.

Not since the frame up of the Hutatree innocents by the Obama regime, when a Judge took control of a trial and out of the hands of the regime, and the Truth prevailed, has there been a national case which was so in need of a Judge as in the case of Kyle Rittenhouse.

I have always believed that God appoints judges and judges have thee utmost dictatorship on the planet in their courts. A judge is not there to represent anyone in a trail, but a judge was there to represent everyone.

We often hear, THE PEOPLE REST in the prosecution, but that is not the people at all as the office of prosecutor has been bastardized, for promotions and persecutions. It is an advancement of political position to that of a judge, which has brought the ruin to the bench across America.

No, in a court room, the Judge is the one who represents the People. He decides how extreme the prosecution can be, and a Judge decides how much a verdict can be purchased by high priced defense attorneys, for this is "law' for most of Americans, in the rich get off and the poor end up in prison, making money for conglomerates as inmates paid out to the conglomerates by the government.

This is what made Judge Schroeder so very different, in it was not a trial of high priced defense. It was not a trial of political left wing lynching. It was not a trial by a judge looking to move up to a federal appointment by making sure the defendant was a scapegoat. This was the trial by an honest person sitting on the bench with a gavel, where the only focus was the law and how a fair trial would be conducted.

Everyone can agree that this was an indictment which was conducted by malpractice. The majority of Jan6ers have been indicted by malpractice and have been further tortured and broken by judges on the bench who are not protecting the People, nor protecting the Department of Justice from the DOJ's Banana Republic epitaph it is rotting under. The Truth is the People need to be protected not from criminals as much as being protected by Judges who check and balance the prosecution, so the law does not become what it has become in the poor fill prisons, the connected fill their bank accounts, and trials are a political meat market of a slave trace where humans are bankrupted by a mechanism of resources which does not serve Justice, but license.

If America had benches to the Supreme Court filled with Judge Schroeders, America would be a nation at rest, instead of unrest. The jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was benefited by this jurist of reasoned and stable respect of the law. Juries with this kind of example on the bench, always come to Justice.
Judge Schroeder removed the lesser counts against Kyle Rittenhouse, because he was not going to allow this trial to become political in some deluded person wanting to just get a pound of flesh as the media demanded it or their leftwing friends wanted some kind of trophy. This Jury was going to be made to examine the evidence and narrowly find Guilt or Innocence based on the facts presented. It as not going to be did Kyle Rittenhouse by accident or fear injure someone else. It was going to be did Kyle Rittenhouse murder others or was Kyle Rittenhouse exercising his right of self defense.

On the evidence, Kyle Rittenhouse was defending himself, and in any non paid Soros Buffett Obama America, charges would never have been brought. The Jury was correct in their verdict and they arrived at that verdict due to the judgeship of a most rare judge in the United States.

In this court it was, Innocentia Praevalebit, or Innocence Shall Prevail. That was only accomplished by Judge Schroeder. I would not expect this to take place again any more than winning the lottery. Judge Schroeder was our lottery.
