The three groups had their own vax platform for their own purposes of control or evolving the human form to a platform they could exploit.
Whitley Streiber in Communion, had the impression that the "aliens" were insects by movement and feel. They are insect based. It is why the European vax was larval genetics. Is why the Moderna was dead baby DNA in being an alternate human. Is why the the military created iron man.
The Monsanto GMO's were insecticide based. They were designed to kill the hybrids of the greys which are crossbreeds with humans. Is why insects are dying from this, it is meant to remedy the hybrids.
It is why God's children are all auto immune inflamed. The DNA is wrong in the algae and insecticide for humans, so the altered amino acids inflame. Why the vaxes caused problems and death in certain groupings, it was toxic to them and evolutionary to others.
