It is of interest that the Dictator of America continues to poke the Russian bear as even Dr. Henry Kissinger is declaring the message that the world is on the verge of a nuclear war.
What started the Russian response in this was Patriot missiles being installed in Europe. Bidencon is now moving to install them on the Russian border in Ukraine. These missiles are designed to shoot down nuclear missiles.
According to American media reports this week, the Biden administration is nearing a decision on whether to supply Patriot missiles to Ukraine
The Russians have responded in like, in unlike American leadership which is leaving it's population to be poisoned by nuclear radiation, the Russians will have the last of their protections and stocking shelters complete by Christmas.
Poletikin responded by saying that "shelters in apartment buildings" in relation to the events taking place now in Ukraine, "provide protection to the population from missiles, bombs and artillery strikes.
These works are carried out in all apartment buildings by the public services sector and should be completed by December 25. This is the decision of the operational staff."
In addition, the Russian upgrade to the YARS ICBM is deploying batteries just out of reach of NATO, but easily capable of ending Europe. Patriots are not going to shoot down a Russian nuclear salvo. There is too much distance and too many Russian warheads.

The YAR system as 50 launchers which is at least 500 nuclear warheads in the 150 to 800 kiloton range. The Russians are not going to attack America over the North Pole. Russia will come with it's salvo over the South Pole, after it's pre positioned nukes are detonated and after the nuclear submarines launch their salvos.
That is only logical in nuclear warfare doctrine.
The RS-24 has been deployed operationally since 2010, with more than 50 launchers operational as of June 2017.

The United States overthrew the legitimate government of Ukraine for Nazis.
NATO then built a Maginot Line in Ukraine to stop Russia.
Russia noting that Kiev was about to launch a genocide war on Russians in Ukraine, struck Ukraine first in Donbas.
America escalated with high technology which Russia is defeating.
Russia warned America and NATO that it would resort to nuclear strikes if Russia proper was threatened.
America is now threatening Russia more with Patriot missiles designed to shoot down Russian nuclear deterrent missiles.
No one in this illegitimate regime in America is answering the question as to why it's policies are having Americans targeted with nuclear death. The left used to protest thist stuff, but now the left is the one starting nuclear war.
