Considering that the recent rate of gains in this area has been on the order of a few hundred meters a day, at most, it is highly unlikely that Russian forces will be successful in cohering a mechanized push towards these GLOCs and move towards encircling Bakhmut.[2] Ukrainian forces in Bakhmut would still have GLOCs available even if the Russians cut the E40
Taking into account that Russia is still producing high technology missiles, but that it's reserves are not in abundance, what Russia is faced with is a necessity of keeping air superiority and the use of conventional artillery to advance in this winter theater. That is why NATO America is driving forward with Patriot and other air defense systems to neutralize the Russian high altitude platforms. With the coming addition of America and German heavy mechanized warfare, the projection from the Pentagon is that the neo Ukrainazi tanks corps will be able to drive back Russian infantry and mechanized units.
This is doubtful as every pre war NATO assessment has proven Ukrainians with American weapons are incapable of winning.

Russia is mobilizing another 500,000 troops. The West will decide in 2023 AD in the year of our Lord if it will play the nuclear card or the Dr. Kissinger defeating Russia with a peace plan.
