Now a private firm has been blocked in the crucial hours out of the UK from joining in the search.

UK Search Mission for Titanic Submersible Blocked by US
If one looks where the Titanic sank, you can see it is in what would be called a deep water fast lane. It is bordered by the North American shelf, runs through a central island or mountain chain which creates deep water sea lanes or choke points.
This is the one area which monitoring stations could be put into place to track Russian Federation submarines, en route out of the Arctic. If you remember the Hunt for Red October, this is the exact route that the Soviet Red October was on, and where the Soviets were pinging, to drive it into a choke point to kill it.
Here is what the Lame Cherry now is processing as to what may have happened and is happening.

Could this submersible have suffered a structure failure. Yes it could have as commercial ventures are risky and not maintained well. This submersible could have also been struck as it was just 90 minutes into a dive.
That would perhaps explain the sonars hearing banging in the ocean at repeated intervals. This craft was hit by something. If it was Russian, it would be propaganda heaven to put pressure on the Red Fleet to move off from thee American coasts.
That indicates instead that whatever came into contact with this submersible was a Naval craft. Canada has fast attack submarines. America of course has submarines and by treaty dominates this fast lane. It would be a projection as Canada was all over this from the start, and the American Coast Guard was monitoring, that it was a Canadian fish that brushed this commercial submersible and sank it.
So America is monitoring the situation as there are numbers of communication links here, which Russia just threatened. It might be why Canada had a fish loose out there. There has to be very high tech tracking equipment by America on this location. It would not be out of reach to violate this graveyard and put a monitoring station inside the Titanic. The Pentagon would not want any UK commercial search on location as they would blunder onto what was down there.
So in national security, the decision would be made by Bidencon based on something like this.
"Look, we have a civilian craft in the north Atlantic. It was struck by a Canadian fish and sank. People are alive yet. There is not any feasible way to send in another deep water craft in time. These people are going to die. In the meantime, we have our NSA ocean monitoring stations all over that fast lane, and we can not allow any searches in the area or our systems will be exposed, which the Russians will then counter measure. As nothing can be done, these people will just die and the process will be to eventually "find" this civilian craft, not allow examination to the damage to it, and leave this financial failure as the way mark, which will keep civilians out of our operational lanes."

Beginning in February 2017, Windsor deployed into the Atlantic Ocean, taking part in a NATO naval exercise and monitoring sea traffic in shipping lanes. The submarine returned to Halifax on 20 June 2018
This situation appears that someone is hiding something, and it is America, covering up what really took place. If this was an American fish, America would be responding differently as in other submarine collisions, the Navy would be in charge. This is Coast Guard with Canada doing the active searching for cover, until the end of oxygen date runs out.

This is post death note on this story as I filed it before the information surfaced that debris had been found. If you read the stories, you will be told that the dive was just a few hours old. Yet in the later reports this submersible was "just 1600 feet off the Titanic"
The Lame Cherry did some checking and the facts reported before this are that it takes 8 to 10 hours to reach the Titanic. There is not any way this submersible was over 10,000 feet deep in just a few hours. That type of propaganda would mean that the submersible was beyond the operational depths of a navy submarine. On what is being reported, we are being lied to on the time line and the events.
I always note in Mockingbird, when the story changes and lies are produced, something is being covered up.
