This was when Zellinskyy had invited the Russophobe European mob to Kiev to attempt to force President Trump's hand on Ukraine, in NATO voting to admit Ukraine if Zellinskyy stepped down.....which was the bullshit offer this dwarf made, as he was going nowhere.
The second damning feature is, the dwarf's own party refused to vote to affirm him.

At a special session of the Ukrainian parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, convened to mark the third anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion, the resolution received 218 votes, falling short of the 226 votes needed to pass.
Some 54 members of parliament present in the meeting room did not take part in the vote, including 38 representatives from Zelensky's Servant of the People party.
This attempt to force the Parliament to accept this dictator Zellinskyy with Europe intimidating Ukrainians is telling of the Nationalism of Ukraine. They have had it with this European war on Russia which has slaughtered their people and they are fed up with slaughtering their kindred in the Russians.
Let us be blunt in this in an age of anti Semitism. This vote was Slavics refusing to allow a Jew in Zellinskky carte blanche in 3 years of slaughter. They saw the light at the end of the tunnel in President Donald Trump making peace with President Vladimir Putin and they want what is left of their country back and to have peace again.
This is macabre hilarity as Zellinskyy has been murdering opponents to shut down any resistance to him, but even murder has not intimidated them. The Parliament is now echoing the chorus of Moscow and the refrain of Washington City, for peace and to be rid of this mass murdering dwarf who has sold Ukraine out to the hedgefund Jewry of the West.
Ukraine outlawed the death penalty not that long ago to appease Europeans. As Ukraine is moving toward the United States and Russia, and not toward Frau Merz of Germany who is Dr. Strangelieb for nuclear bombs now and being dictator of a Neo NATO, it is evident a block which includes Romania, Hungary, Georgia, Serbia and Bulgaria is forming which are European, but want Russia back into Europe and to be at peace with Moscow.
It hardly seems fitting to pat Zellinskyy on the head, and tell him to have dwarf sex with his pretty wife in some million dollar mansion outside of Ukraine as Ukraine is leaching the stench of half a million dead. Will Kiev in new leadership move to make a special circumstance to hang Valdimir Zellinskyy as a warning that the death penalty does exist for crimes against humanity.
