With Harvard Professor Allan Derschowitz putting down the first ladles of hog lard to grease the skids of the Trump forced vaccinations of Americans, there is no longer any doubt in this, that the President of the United States is sending out Homeland, with full military M 16 backing to begin holding down old people in nursing homes in September, and other "high risk" people to inject them with the Coronavirus serum.
Derschowitz is basing his claim that that federal government has the right to force people to be vaccinated. That is not in the Constitution, and in fact, his reasoning of the 10th Amendment based upon a 1905 Supreme Court ruling, has absolutely NOTHING to do with the federal regime.
All the Court stated was the States retained the right to vaccinate it's citizens within it's borders.
Supreme Court's Jacobson v. Massachusetts decision in 1905, which concluded a state may require vaccination if the board of health deems it necessary for public health or safety.
As most of you have no idea what the Constitution or Amendments state, I will provide you word for word the 10th Amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people
What the first 10 Amendments were about, concerned the Founders who created the Constitution. They foresaw despots who would twist what the document said, by stating "It is not in the document, so therefore the regime holds that power".
Every Amendment was designed to protect the Rights of the People. That Right was so crucial, that after the Constitution, limited what it granted the federal government, added 10 Amendments stating exact Rights which are not to be infringed upon, and the 10th was the trump card of them all, as the 10th states, "Anything not written down, limited or granted, is retained by the PEOPLE.
The Supreme Court was wrong in limiting the vaccination ruling to the States, as the fact is, every State is only granted limited Rights by it's Citizens by their own Constitution. Just because the federal Constitution limits federal authority, does not mean that authority then rests entirely on the entity of the State. The Constitution is about WE THE PEOPLE, not We the States, so the 10th reserves authority to the States, but if that authority is not granted by the People within that State, then the People retain it 100%.
The US Constitution is summed up by YOUR RIGHTS END WHERE MY RIGHTS BEGIN AND MY RIGHTS END WHERE YOUR RIGHTS BEGIN.
In the case of vaccinations, you have a right to not vaccinate your children, no matter the rulings. Other parents have the right in public schooling, to not let your child into a school, endangering their children, because of your Right to not vaccinate your child.
It is the constant struggle of rights, where the individual is supposed to be supreme, but not dictator.
Each of us has a right in Coronavirus to go shopping and not have sick people spreading virus. That is someone willfully endangering others. There is not in Derschowitz's incorrect assessment, a right to PRECONDITION, meaning Derschowitz and not demand that Jared Kusher, being a male, be castrated, in case he ever rapes someone. The Law does not provide for punishing people or demanding things of people before they have acted.
In that, the regime can not force vaccinations on the public, but the Law can require people who get sick to be held accountable for the costs of their care, the costs of others they infect, and yes if they infect someone, and that person dies, that is murder, and the guilty should then be executed, as that is what the Constitution provides.
I state this in full support of President Donald Trump developing a serum, and to stop calling it a vaccine as it is not a vaccine. What mRNA 1237 is, is an amplification of Coronavirus Mirror, so the body will react to that virus in recognizing it, and produce antibodies to kill it, before the virus degrades to making the patient sick from iron poisoning.
This mRNA is new technology, and no one knows what it will do, and no one knows in this "forced opening" if the Coronavirus strains are producing long term illnesses, which would not make it prudent to expose large numbers of people to this plague, due to long term health effects and death.
All is wonderful if the serum works, but what if it never stops working and 1237 starts blunting other proteins which are necessary? No one has explained what the "cut off" is with this serum in how it stops in the body, or if it is lurking forever, and is passed onto conceived children, altering their DNA and processes, in creating a generation of cripples.
That is why this forced vaccination of Donald Trump is wrong. It does not have Constitutional grounds, and even if the cases spike in this reopening to scare people to receive it, Donald Trump for election 2020 is going to have not just disgruntled voters, but hosts of armed Citizens with more than guns, furious and resisting the Trump Vaccine.
This would be so wide of a margin in voters in the right and left, that America might just elect some fringe Constitutional Party candidate who has one plank in their platform of NO FORCED VACCINES.
Harvard Law School emeritus professor Alan Dershowitz claimed in an interview that the government has a constitutional right under the 10th Amendment to forcibly vaccinate a citizen to curb the spread of a contagious disease.
"Absolutely," Dershowitz replied. "And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor's office and plunge a needle into your arm."
Dershowitz clarified that if a person is threatened with a deadly disease that is not contagious, he can refuse treatment.
"But you have no right to refuse to be vaccinated against a contagious disease," he said.
There are real issues in this beyond the 10th Amendment. Donald Trump can force the military to be injected, but the line is crossed in deploying the military in the United States to point guns, hold down and inject Citizens with a serum.
Washington State has embarked upon a policy of starving people out, in if they do not obey, they can not get groceries. People are being forced to die by Corona or starve to death. No government has that power, and in this, what is President Trump going to use as his enforcement? Will he bash doors down and invade homes, violating more Amendments? Will he drag people to the doctor? Will he shut off bank accounts? Will he shut off lights? How will he coerce Americans to get the Trump Vaccine?
The word in this is COERCE, and the government has absolutely no authority to coerce the People, beyond Constitutional taxes and military service. Obamacare was coercion by Chief Justice John Bungholer for Bunghole Obama, and is unlawful to force Americans to buy things. It is unlawful to force Americans to be injected with things against their will.
The Supreme Court can recognize States police powers over vaccinations, but unless the People have written into their Constitutions that authority to inject People, no State has that authority.
